Goats
Goats are very intelligent and curious animals. Their inquisitive nature is exemplified in their constant desire to explore and investigate anything unfamiliar which they come across.
Related to the sheep, the goat is lighter of build, has horns that arch backward, a short tail, and straighter hair. Male goats, called bucks or billys, usually have a beard. Females are called does or nannys, and immature goats are called kids. Goats, in general, are known to be social and affectionate animals, and they can form strong bonds with humans and other animals. They often express their affection by nuzzling or nudging - which we adore! Meet our silly-billy's below:

Ginger
Ginger, was a breeder goat for milk. I took her in when she was 2 years old. She has horrible feet and was not great breeding stock. She has a sweet personality and loves attention. I have had her since 2015.

Shanayanay

Dixie
Dixie, was also a breeder for goat milk. She was no longer wanted by her family. I took her in. She is my favorite goat. She is 12 years old. I have had her since 2015.

LaFonda
Shanaynay and LaFonda came from the same place as Ginger. I got them as babies. I have had them since 2015.
